Apparently Food is Just Not Good for Me

The conversation went like this:

Dr: You must go on a no fat diet today. No dairy, no meat. No gluten, corn, low carbs.

Me: so mostly veggies and fruits.

Dr: nuts and seeds. Lots of iron in those. Oh wait, not that. No nuts and seeds, fat content is too high.

Me: okay…

Dr: No tannic acid. No coffee or tea or fruit for the most part. Just eat the leafy greens.

Me: but you just said no tannic acid…

Dr: well don’t eat the dark leafy greens…just the light ones.

Me: I don’t understand.

Dr: just eat light leafy greens. No fat. Watch your carbs and tannins.

I’m pretty sure I was just told to starve.
