• 3 Tilapia Fillets, pounded
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Shallot
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • Fresh Green Beans
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper

Crush garlic and Parmesan cheese. Coat tilapia in the mixture.

On a piece of large foil, place water then tilapia. Chop shallot and tomato and place on top of tilapia. Pull leaves off of two or three sprigs of thyme and put on top of tomatoes. Squeeze lemon on top. Place green beans on top of that and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Wrap up in foil. Bake 450 degrees for 20 min.
