I recently siphoned out the mead from it’s fermenting container. It’s sweet (I love sweet alcohol), gold in color and very clear. Num.
Now it sits in the closet to age a bit.
So this weekend, I picked up a blood orange and some orange blossom honey. Tonight I pitch the yeast for what will be my second batch.
I need to get those bottles from M. I am so liking this hobby.
