Apparently Healthy is 3.5mph

So yeah, good thing I had switch to treadmill almost 2 months ago.  I’m up 3.5 for the majority of the walk, going down to 3.1mph near the end.  That’s better than the 2.0 I started at.

Oh yeah.  Girl time is always worth it.
