Chokmah

I was asked to read up on Chokmah for the last Tarot Geeks meeting.

It’s been a long time since I studied something that my entire being rebelled at.

As I read up on Chokmah I could not get the image of the cold, grey phallus out of my head. It seemed be a tool of destruction. While I identify with the Hermit as the old wise man…I could begin to fathom this object which I would say is evil, being part of wisdom.

I am more ready to accept Kether as a male influence. I know that doesn’t follow true Qabalah but I pretty sure it’s not a system I want to stick with.
