Daily Joy:

Going home, watching a bad movie and playing a super hero, while doing laundry.  Dear god yes.

Let me tell you.  Work is overbooked today.  Slam it all at the end again.  No writing done.  In fact scared to do any because of the work computer turning itself off whenever it feels like it.

But I did lift weights today.  Upper body only.  And I ran a mile.   My food got off track..but I had yummy left overs from last night and lots of stuff pre-done….like egg white breakfast burritos.  It was yum!  I should recipe that.

 My arms are starting to tingle.  Pain comes tomarrow.
