So my Aunt told me to call the bank and see if they would take the Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. Basically I would give them house with out foreclosing on it and not ruin my credit.

No dice. They told me they would prefer if I just stopped paying so they could foreclose. Bastards. I’m not going to ruin my credit…this has gotten so ridiculous. I need to sell this damn house. Sigh. So I’ll still pay.
