Selling House

Still no one is buying my house. And now I’m faced with the prospect that means I have to pay people to buy my house.

The realitor tried to cheer me up by saying “That’s what you would have paid in mortgage”. But I don’t have all that money now….not even at one time. Sigh. I don’t know what to do.
