When I got the Modern Spellcaster’s Tarot I was enthralled with the art but disappointed that the deck did not spend more time on the symbolism present in the cards. I spent the last six months, working through the deck and taking notation on the symbols I’ve found.

I think learning the symbolism of tarot is something that really adds to reading. Why use tarot if you’re not going to actually use the cards? As I read with this deck my every thought keep turning back to the symbols. The art is full of symbols from the alchemical, to astrological, animal to crystal, high magic, to Wiccan.
