This is not a sweet muffin. In fact, it’s an adaptation of this recipe from Lucky Peach Magazine. If you want sweet molten cake (why wouldn’t you?) go there. This is a little less sweet but more room for crazy toppings.
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- A drop or two of vanilla
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened coco
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
Mix it all in a large mug. Cook in the microwave for 2 min. Cut in pieces. I put cinnamon, butter and a few drops of agave syrup on mine.
